This is one of my other current projects (I build armor in 1/48 and 1/35). I'm experimenting with methods for painting the caunter scheme. You'll have to excuse the poor photo- it was taken haphazardly with my cell phone. I painted this with some flying masks (stick-it notes) and Vallejo acrylics. I hope to monkey with the colors during the weathering phase. A little different than my normal method of spraying on various shades of the base colors. We'll see how it works. Also not sure about the brown that Tamiya instructions suggested

looks good so far love the caunter camo (it looks so cool tho ive never understood it lol) yer brown (tan) looks good to me i did mine in more of a pink hugh (tho its hard to see in these pics) and was never happy with it
